Paul Bates, MMS, PA-C, joins Gene E. Myers Cardiac & Vascular Consultants from Wilford Hall Medical Center, an Air Force-run ambulatory center, in San Antonio, Texas. While there, he served as a physician assistant as well as a Captain in the Air Force. A Michigan native, Paul completed his BS in Biology with honors at Madonna University in Livonia, MI and his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He is a certified physician assistant and holds Advanced Life Support certifications in Trauma, Cardiac and Pediatric care. Paul recently relocated with his wife, who is also a physician assistant, to the Sarasota area from south Florida.
